Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 12 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled (set aside 2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (set aside 2 tablespoons)
- 3-4 jalapeños, seeded and chopped (for more spice, do not remove all the seeds)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees, and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Put a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- While the wonton wrappers are cooling, combine cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, cheese, and jalapeños in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add this filling to the wonton cups, and top with the bacon and cheese you set aside.
- Bake for 8-10 more minutes, or until the wontons look golden brown and the cheese looks melted.

- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/16 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

- 1 generous tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 mini pepperoni

Instructions
- Add the dry ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
- Mix the milk and oil into the dry ingredients.
- Use a spoon to top the batter with marinara sauce. Make sure it covers the surface of the batter.
- Add the cheese, pepperoni, and dried herbs atop the marinara sauce.
- Microwave between 1 minute, 10 seconds and 1 minute, 20 seconds, or until the dough rises and the cheese bubbles.

- 1 banana, overripe
- 1 cup dates

Instructions
- Put the dates in a bowl, and cover them with water. Soak for 15-30 minutes and then drain.

- Fold the remaining oats, chia seeds, nuts, and chocolate chips into the blended ingredients.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, and put them on a baking sheet in the fridge.

- 1/2 cup uncooked pasta
- 1 tablespoon salted butter

- Whisk constantly for 2-5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble around the edges.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, and stir in the cheese until melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the nutmeg and cayenne to taste.
- Drain the pasta after it finishes cooking. Then stir it into the cheese sauce.
- Eat!

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup salted peanuts
Instructions
- Put the milk, chocolate, and butter in a microwave-safe medium-sized bowl. Melt by heating the ingredients in a microwave for 90 seconds. Stir well, and heat for 15 more seconds if the mixture has not melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract. Then stir in the peanuts and marshmallows until well-mixed.
- Line a tray with parchment paper, and transfer the mixture onto it.
- Use a spatula to spread the mixture out until it is about an inch thick.
- Place the tray into the fridge, and chill before serving.
- Once chilled, cut the fudge into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Ingredients
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Line any size loaf pan with aluminum foil. For easy removal after baking, leave foil hanging over the sides of the pan. Lightly spray the foil inside the pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream, maple syrup. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir. Heat until the chips have fully melted.
- Fold the cranberries and pistachios into the bowl.
- Move the fudge to the loaf pan, and spread it evenly along the bottom.
- To let the fudge set, let it sit at room temperature for at least an hour or in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the fudge from the pan with the foil handles. Set it on a workspace, and cut it into squares.
- The fudge will keep in an airtight container for up to a week.
