Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 teaspoons sriracha
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Pour the canola oil into a large pot. Make sure the oil completely coats the bottom of the pot with oil.
- Add the popcorn kernels, and cover the pot. Turn the burner on medium-high heat.
- When the first kernels begin to pop, shake the pot. Shake until no more kernels pop.
- Remove the pot from the heat, and put the popcorn into a large bowl.
- Melt the butter, and then stir in the sriracha.
- Pour the butter over the popcorn.
- Toss the popcorn to evenly coat it in spicy butter, and serve.

- Serve, or let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
