Co-Schedule  – This is an affiliate link, but let me tell you – Co-Schedule has changed my bloggy life!  It’s a drag and drop editorial calendar but it also integrates your shares to social media.  You can schedule a post to share on FB and Twitter and Pinterest – and have it go out the day your post goes live, one week later, and again three months later – all in one spot!  Super Easy!
