My Summertime Orange Lemonade was inspired by the May 2013 issue of Martha Stewart Living, which shared a number of GOOD THINGS in their section of Ideas, Tips, and Inspirations – and something really jumped out at me for summertime!
I’m not much of a water drinker, I fully admit that – and I know it’s horrible. I do, however, drink lemonade {sugar-free} and iced-tea instead of a ton of soda, so I feel like that’s at least heading in the right direction!
To jazz up my lemonade this summer, I added a few fun ingredients inspired by the one and only Martha Stewart!
Their tip for jazzing up your lemonade included Orange Flower Water – which I’d never heard of!
After picking up some Orange Blossom Water at BevMo, I mixed up my Summertime Orange Lemonade!
To make your own, first make up a batch of your favorite lemonade. Before adding your lemonade to your glass, pour in about 1/2 – 1 tsp. of Orange Flower Water to the glass – or 2-3 tsp. to the pitcher. You don’t want to overpower it…just a slight flavor enhancement! I added in pomegranate seeds and blackberries since those are my obsession this season! Add in an orange wedge and pour in your lemonade!
A perfectly summery treat – courtesy of Martha Stewart…and ME!
You can pick up the current issue of Martha Stewart Living for more fun ideas, tips, and inspirations – it’s always full of fun ideas!

It looks delicious! I am drinking a ton of water now… I gave up sugar and all it’s substitutes and am feeling amazing!
I do miss a nice glass of lemonade, though… Yum.
