I grew up in So Cal but our family lived in the various parts of the Nevada desert for 12 years before recently moving up here to Northern Idaho. I know a thing or two about SUPER HOT summers. I’m sure all of you have seen the temps in the Vegas & Death Valley areas recently. You know that if you live down there, finding ways to stay cool is a must. It was living through those summers that helped me find my passion for making refreshing cool treats like these pops.
- 2 cups pitted & halved apricots
- 16 oz vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon/sugar mix
- Add all ingredients to blender & puree 1-2 minutes
- Add to pop molds
- Freeze at least 4 hours before serving.
So there you have it- a healthy treat from our kitchen.
I hope that will become a favorite for your family too.
Thank you so much Melanie for sharing your space with me today. It’s been a pleasure!
