Two things that keep me from cooking as much as I should. First, I’m busy, busy, and second – I’m not a good cook! As a busy mom, I love when I come across ideas for dinner that are fast (15 minutes or less) and delicious! Imagine® Organic Culinary Simmer Sauces are perfect for a weeknight meal – and you don’t have to be a chef to make a home cooked meal! There’s almost zero prep and that makes me HAPPY!
To make Portobello Red Wine Beef and Noodles, I used three ingredients:
Imagine® Organic Culinary Red Wine Simmer Sauce Packet
Beef or Chicken
Large egg noodles
I sautéed my beef for a few minutes. Just long enough to sear the outside. Then, added the simmer sauce and let it simmer for 4-5 additional minutes. 
Just long enough for the beef or chicken to cook throughout. Spoon over egg noodles or rice, and you’re set with a perfectly delicious home cooked meal!
