These Caprese Salad Bites are the easiest appetizer that your guests will love.
I’m always the one to make non-traditional dishes for the holidays!
This one surely is NOT Thanksgiving-ish AT ALL but your feast eaters are sure to love it!
These tomato mozzarella bites were so…so…simple!
I used the mini cherry tomatoes, cut up small bits of fresh mozzarella, and small pieces of basil.
I poked a toothpick through the middle and balanced them on wooden skewers.
{The garlic looking thing is just a seashell toothpick I used}
Then, I drizzled olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top of them and they were ready to go!
Such an easy dish and it was quite a hit!
What is your favorite NON-Thanksgiving food that you make for your feast?
