This is a fast and delicious side dish that is perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas meals!  It’s a tradition in our family that I’ve kept going each year since my grandmother passed.  It’s the perfect accompaniment to Turkey and Ham and adds just that little extra touch to the meal!

An easy relish that takes just three ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 1 bag Cranberries
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 1½ - 2 cups sugar
Instructions
  1. Wash and rinse cranberries.
  2. Cut up oranges into 1" pieces, leaving rind on.
  3. Put cranberries into food grinder.
  4. Grind up oranges with the food grinder.
  5. Add up to 2 cups of sugar depending on how sweet you want it. I usually do 1½ cups.
  6. Stir and cover.
  7. Place in refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours - I leave it in the fridge overnight so the sugar can really do it's thing!
