When it comes to working out, I fail every subject. I’ve had a gym membership for at least 10 months. I’ve been 3 times. I suck – at working out. It’s simple. I suck at it. I have no idea why. I just have no follow through, even if they’re quick workouts.
It feels good to admit that. I know my mom is reading this thinking, yup…never seen ya follow through with working out.
I try. I do. For like, a week. Then, I suck all over again.
So, these quick and easy workout ideas are partially for you, and partially for me.
Because I’ll be really good at like 10 of them. For about a week.

They’re fast and they’re simple. SO, if you’re like me and you find it hard to make time to workout, or you have horrible follow through getting to the gym, there’s probably a few quick workouts in here for YOU!
