- 4-6 chicken breasts
- BBQ sauce
- shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 can Rotel with chilies
- Bacon Bits
- Green Onions
- Preheat the oven on to 400 degrees.
- Pound your chicken breasts to a nice thin size so they cook faster!
- Grill chicken for a few minutes until it is no longer pink...George Foreman Grills work great for this!
- When you are done grilling, place the chicken on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Top chicken breasts with BBQ sauce first, and then pile on the additional toppings that you want!
- Bake in the oven for approx. 5 mins or until cheese is all melty!
